Remember me? Fennel and turmeric Sauerkraut from Kraut Mobsters.

I am dressed with fresh grated carrot, zucchini, Nashi, apple, olive oil and topped with dried watermelon seeds, kvass fresh coconut meat, native violets and a prebiotic punch of coconut soaked kefir tiger nuts.

Our photo bomber is Annabelle.  She  ❤s sauerkraut.

Our feathered family enjoy a daily dash of banana skin sauerkraut.

 and bacteria.
