Kelp powder mixed in with salt is an easy way.
Use it at the start of playing with your vegetables. You can even purchase a combined Tasmanian kelp and Himalayan fine pink salt to make the job easy-peasy!
Cabbage and kelp is a favorite for our 20 liter crock. Like a classic sauerkraut – replace caraway with dried kelp.
Seaweed added to cabbage and fermented is divine! The fermented seaweed is great for sushi or rollups and as a final addition to soup and salad.
