Yum Balls

1 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped and soaked in Tibi
1/2 cup chia gel
1/4 cup cacao
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Dash of vanilla powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
1/2 cup popped buckwheat
1/4 cup goji berries
Scoop of sauerkraut
Slither of fermented ginger and turmeric 

Combine dates, chia gel, cacao, and spices and blitz. Add kraut. Mix until well combined. Add popped buckwheat and goji and pulse to process. You can also just mix them in by hand. Shape into small shapes.

To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, fill a little bowl with some water to wet your fingers. It will be much easier to shape. Can roll in whatever rocks your boat .. our kitchen loves coconut rolled in beet kvass.

Store in freezer for at least 1 month or more.
