Crackers

2 cups raw sauerkraut (or kimchi), drained
1 cup vegetable pulp (from juicer) or grated veggies
1 salad onion, chopped
1/2 cup sprouted buckwheat
1/2 cup sprouted seeds
1/2 cup almond meal / almonds (soaked in water over night)
1/3 cup shredded flax seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
spice / kimchi brine

Blitz, spread onto dehydrator sheets.

Form into slices with a ruler / pizza cutter.

Dehydrate 8 – 12 hours.

Store in an airtight container.

You could substitute sauerkraut with kimchi or any fermented veggie.
