Re-charge

Woohoo weekend time๐Ÿน

We need to re-charge the batteries every now and then!

Time to stop and appreciate my surroundings, myself and the peeps around me.

How do you re-charge?

I ๐Ÿ’œ to spend the day alone, walking, foraging, gardening, and fermenting new flavours.

Here we have same flavour, different mother. Kombucha + tibicos (water kefir)

Davidson Plum, Prickly pear, fruit pulp and gingery root tips of Native ginger in fresh green coconut water.

Now to finish the day with Scrap Mead Making ๐Ÿฅ‚ Seeds from the Davidson plum + lemon myrtle leaves, vanilla and bush honey.

How do you re-charge?
