Re-charge

Woohoo weekend time?

We need to re-charge the batteries every now and then!

Time to stop and appreciate my surroundings, myself and the peeps around me.

How do you re-charge?

I ? to spend the day alone, walking, foraging, gardening, and fermenting new flavours.

Here we have same flavour, different mother. Kombucha + tibicos (water kefir)

Davidson Plum, Prickly pear, fruit pulp and gingery root tips of Native ginger in fresh green coconut water.

Now to finish the day with Scrap Mead Making ? Seeds from the Davidson plum + lemon myrtle leaves, vanilla and bush honey.
