Trauma is a common experience that many people face in their lives, and it can have long lasting effects on our mental and physical health.

I used to be this girl. Thank goodness I have healed my trauma and integrated my shadows. I am the shield maiden for that little girl now. We are best friends living our best life in a secure relationship with each other!
