Liver flush

Bitter + Sour foods … help detoxify the liver.

Making us feel patient, friendly 😄 satisfied and less angry 😣

What a great way to start sustainable January

The liver is our body’s largest internal organ. The liver is the body’s main internal detoxifying organ, filters out toxins from the food’s eaten and environmental exposure.

Being responsible for more than 500 different bodily functions. The liver work’s in constant communication with the stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, and the rest of the digestive system. Being responsible for storing and converting nutrients from the food’s eaten for the body to utilize. It also works to ensure that blood glucose levels stay stable – the 🗝️ to preventing imbalances and metabolic issues.

Another functions is detoxification and neutralizing toxins

Knowing that the liver is a detoxification organ, you might think doing a liver cleanse could help your body recover faster after a big weekend, give your body that much-needed health kick, or boost your metabolism so you can lose weight faster.

That’s the claim behind the marketing of many “liver cleanses”.

But truth be told, you’re likely wasting your money and could be doing your body more harm than good.

The reality is that toxins are everywhere in our environment, and our bodies have the built-in capacity to defend against these toxins naturally.

Non-alcoholic-related liver disease is associated with metabolic issues, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.

You can reduce your risk for each by making healthy lifestyle choices

Fermented turmeric improves liver function

..the anti’s … fermented turmeric’s anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties make turmeric also a powerhouse in treating skin conditions. Helping speed wound healing, calm the pore’s, and help control psoriasis flares.

We make a paste … that’s not only a mighty food ingredient … a wonderful face mask and first aid kit 💓

Speaking of liver, don’t forget the wonderful, liver cleansing beet kvass.

I like to place fermented and foraged greens, fermented turmeric & bitter melon in juicer and press.

Also added to a wild berry, dragon fruit, coconut kefir smoothie and no one even flinched.

❤ and bacteria,

From my heart to yours.

With all my love & gratitude. Xo,
