Live a life of love

At the end of life what really matters is not what we bought, but what we built; not what we got, but what we shared; not our competence, but our character; and not our success, but our significance.

Live a life that matters. Live a life of love.

It has been said that we don’t often know what we have until we lose it.
2020 seen a year of a lot of loss for the entire world.

Lost time, lost freedoms, lost community, lost jobs, lost lives-however, it has also given us a lot.

I share this from my past few year’s of receiving a fair amount of loss- 2018 losing my husband, 2019 losing our home to the February flooding…

Your Health + Wellbeing are Essential

Social distancing, isolation, screen fatigue, have all led to us finding our health suffering.

This is why it is so important that we take a hard look at what we eat (and don’t eat) and our exercise lay an impactful role in mental and physical health.

How properly fuelling your body and mind is part of your daily recovery.

Eating and hydrating well are 100% in your control.

We all need Connection and Community

If nothing else COVID has taught us that social connection with others, whether in person or virtual, is vital to our physical and mental health.

Social connection gives us a great sense of value and meaning, where we are giving to others as well as receiving from them.

Grit + Determination

We now see obstacles, not as roadblocks or limitations but rather opportunities to persevere and push through, knowing you will come out the other side a much stronger, and successful person.

How to love a challenge, building resiliency and responding to setbacks. To use your own grit to enhance your mindset.

Calm + Confidence

You can train your self-talk to be more productive and positive. The concept of “FOPO” and how fear can block your progress.

A Chance to Learn + Grow

I am always telling my beautiful teenage son, Thierry, we can’t control everything that happens to us, what challenges we face, or what obstacles we will come up against, but we can control our attitude, what we do about the obstacles.

When faced with an obstacle in life we have the opportunity to learn and grow.

Home prepared meals replaced Happy Hour Friday.

Gardens sowed, fresh chicken eggs collected, Sourdough starters bubbling in kitchens all around the world.

And how important people rather then things truly are.

Do you agree from loss we grow?
Don’t you agree the year bought many positives?
