Life isn’t here to make you happy, it’s here to awaken you ???

A great sailor was never made on a calm sea!

Eckhart Tolle

I think you really can have both…you can be happily awakening….it’s all choice… the thing is to be satisfied with it all, and allow yourself to live a life beyond survival.

People think purpose is something you find, sometimes it’s something you remember.

Sometimes alignment doesn’t feel good, it feels necessary.

Perfectionism is an illusion

The ego wants perfection but my soul knows everything should be as it is. We keep expecting the world to finally settle down so we can feel okay, but it never really does, and that’s the point. The moments that unsettle us are often the ones that wake us up to what we’ve been avoiding or numbing. Comfort can feel good in the short time, but it’s rarely where real awareness or growth comes from. Learning to meet life as it is, instead of waiting for it or ourselves to be perfect, is when things start to shift. We are here to learn through suffering and joy.

There must be some important purpose that learning brings.

It must be like learning to ride a bike. You fall and crash but once you learn you can go anywhere with this learned wisdom.

Lead, learn and don’t complain….never complain, never explain

I am ready to see how good life can get.

Today is the day I break free from my past, my new life begins. Every cell in my body is reaching to new possibilities.

Here’s a breakdown of the concepts behind your feeling:

  • Neuroplasticity: Your brain can literally form new connections, allowing you to change old patterns and create new ones, making transformation possible.
  • Mind – Body Connection: Your thoughts and emotions can influence your physical state, and by changing your inner world, you can change your outer experience.
  • The Power of Intention & Presence: Focusing your attention on a new future, rather than the past, and aligning your heart and brain through practices like meditation, can shift you into that new reality.
  • Breaking The Habit of being Yourself: This involves letting go of old identities, emotions, and memories to create space for a new self, a core idea in.

Embrace this powerful moment by setting clear intentions, visualizing your new self, and practicing mindfulness to anchor your awareness in the present and the future you’re creating, not the past you’re leaving behind.

You cannot force thoughts…befriend them, observe them & they dissolve…heal the stuck parts of ourselves that are unprocessed & the loving thoughts will come. What you resist persists.

Here is one thing I have learned about pain: nobody wants any and everybody gets some.

Moments of calm in our life is simply living in the eye of the storm. Embrace the chaos for the lessons it offers. Stop expecting and start accepting…even if its difficult.

Life is hard enough don’t make it harder by chasing the attention of someone who isn’t available.

Let them go!

Repeat after me…I am worth loving.

Don’t stay where you are not wanted…

Wish good things for him, bless him, speak good things about him, & we are free!

Acceptance brings peace.
All is well. Everything is is working out for my highest good & out of this experience only good will come.

When you leave the planet the only thing you take with you is the capacity to love.
