It is not a one size fits all approach, and I share tools that are customized to you as an individual. I specialize in the fundamental tools and principles that get streamlined results.

B. Learn how to break your own worst routines. Combining occupational therapy-based strategies. Occupations are all the things we do to occupy our time. So, each month of the program we focus on a topic related to a specific occupation.

C. Such as nutrition and hydration, Intuitive food preparation, sleep, sex, movement etc.

Rediscovery of self, through roles, habits & routines that impact everyday life. 

Should we be eating more fermented food? The benefits loom large: fermented foods are cited as anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, and antioxidant (reduce free radicals).

That  can reduce the symptoms of numerous conditions such as depression, urinary tract infections, hormonal disorders, respiratory health issues, osteoporosis, obesity, infertility, kidney and liver dysfunction.

Fermentation also decreases the sugar content of foods, which is great for those watching their carbohydrate intake.
