Let this week be softer 

Last week we rose with the mornings.
This week, we wind down with the evenings.

 October’s here — before the season speeds up with plans and holidays, let’s give your body a chance to rest. Evenings are when the system naturally shifts from doing to recovering, but most of us stay wired long past sunset. This week is for changing that — gently.

Each night, we’ll share a small evening ritual — something to help you unwind, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for deep rest.

Tonight’s ritual

Before bed, find a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your forehead, the other on your chest.

Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose.
As you exhale through your mouth, whisper softly:
“I let this day go.”

Then, take another breath and say quietly:
“I am here. I am home.”

Feel the words land in your body — simple, gentle, true.
If at any point the day feels too heavy, remember this practice.
Leave for a moment if you need to. It helps.
Simple things help. Never forget that.

You’ve done enough for today.
Let the night take care of the rest.
