Molasses

BALANCE THE BODY’S pH and kick start the engine of the gut with Kombucha Molasses

1 cup of well-aged kombucha + 1 cup of organic black strap molasses.

Mix together and store in a glass jar.

Enjoy 2-4 tablespoons per day.

Or start the day with a glass of best-quality water and either lemon, lime (from fermented ginger) or apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of organic bicarbonate soda. Or a dash of fire cider
