Kimchi Bloody Mary

The secret ingredient is always kimchi.

When you combine kimchi paste with fermented bitter melon / fermented horseradish… magical

When added to a bloody Mary …Boom 💥


Now, let’s start the recipe without delay…

Blend 2 fresh and ripe red 🍅🍅
In a mixer with 1/2 glass of water, add a good scoop of kimchi

Blend until the mixture becomes reddish juice. Set aside.
Fill glass with crushed ice.

Add spicy juice.
Now pour in the optional 💥 2 ounces of organic vodka.

Stir with spoon. Garnish with olive in a stick.

Ready to serve.

Try as a 🍸 cocktail by taking the serving cocktail glass and rim the edge with 🍋 juice then roll the edge with dehydrated fermented sauerkraut brine.

Pour in vodka and fill with crushed ice .

Then slowly pour prepared tomato and kimchi juice.

Sprinkle dehydrated brine on top.

Squeeze a dash of 🍋 and garnish with 🍋 twist.

Your mouth-watering Bloody Mary is ready to be served.
