Kefir Jaffa

2 oranges, peeled and quartered, seeds removed

1/2 diced papaya / pawpaw (fresh / frozen)

Few sprigs of fresh mint

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1/2 cup kefir

Handful of ice cubes (about 6)

1-2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)


Place the oranges, papaya, mint, Kefir and cacao nibs in blender, and blend until liquefied.

Add ice cubes and process on high for about 20 seconds, or until the cacao nibs are reduced to just tiny specks or smaller.

Decorate as desired.

We used coconut kefir and topped with kefir coconut cheese (strained coconut kefir for 12 hours) and mint leaves and cacao nibs. Nom nom!!!
