This simple recipe, is organic garlic, soaked in raw honey for approx. two months.
Time is depending on room temperature and size of garlic. It produces a sweet pickle (not a fermentable).
• For cold symptoms; take several spoonful’s and thin with hot water before going to bed.
• Can be used as a tasty appetizer, salad dressing, tea, marinade and condiment.
