When we eat, the bacteria are fed first.
By starving out the carb-loving bacteria over time, the bacteria that thrive on low carb food would flourish and we won’t be controlled by high carb & sweet cravings.
So, resisting the chocolate cake, is not about denying ourselves – it is about denying your bacteria.
That might make walking away from the cake a bit easier.
