While a cucumber sauerkraut parcel just hits, there will be several combinations of vegetable and fruit ferments, sauerkraut brownies, wild pesto, beet kvass bliss balls, kimchi nut cheese, coconut yoghurt, raw kraut chocolate, dehydrated lacto brine rainbow pie, vinegar shrubs and more.

At $95 per person, bookings are essential and in high demand. It will easily be a highlight of your week, spent over a luxurious spread of “sauer” and gut loving treats and the know how to make them all in your own kitchen.

Fee is $95.00 non-refundable (unless the class is cancelled).
