Negative emotions such as fear and anger are not love’s opposites, but rather a disconnection from it. Living in survival mode can lead to these emotions, as we hold onto resentments that impact our self-love and happiness.
The key is to overcome these challenges and find joy and abundance within.
Daily affirmations, such as stretching your arms out wide and saying,
“I open myself to receive all the joy and abundance in the universe. Thank you, life,” can help.
To attain wisdom and growth, it’s essential to move past past emotions and stop dwelling on them. Instead, we can train our brains to send coherent signals and connect with the universe’s consciousness. By being present and in coherence, we can create a positive experience.
It’s important to ask ourselves, “Is this loving to me?” and take back our power.
Embracing discomfort and uncertainty is also crucial to personal growth and transformation.
