Enjoy warm or cold or use in Kombucha second fermentation
1 tablespoon dried pawpaw / papaya leaves
1 tablespoon crushed cacao nibs
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger
Optional – lemon grass or any bush food – Davidson plum
Mix cinnamon, ginger and lemon grass or bush food (if using) and boil in water for 10 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients and steep for another ten minutes.
