Papaya Tea

Enjoy warm or cold or use in Kombucha second fermentation

 1 tablespoon dried pawpaw / papaya leaves

1 tablespoon crushed cacao nibs

2 cinnamon sticks

1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger

Optional – lemon grass

Mix cinnamon, ginger and lemon grass (if using) and boil in water for 10 minutes.

Add rest of the ingredients and steep for another ten minutes.
