Cure?

“The cure for anything is salt water – tears, sweat, or the sea.”

Said Isak Dinesen. And there is a Georgian saying: “If you want to live long, drink more sour milk.”

Sour milk is not rotten or off milk, naturally. It would be concerning something like kefir or viili, a lacto-fermented food.
