Leftovers transformed into a tantalizing salad.

Wish you could have a bite.

Mix 4 drum head cabbages with a pinch of salt, a dash of kelp, a dollop of love, and over to the invisible organisms. Wait for 6 weeks and watch the ordinary cabbage turn into a gut-happy treat that’ll tango on your taste buds!

For a 5-liter crock, toss in 2 drum head cabbages; for a 10-liter one, double the fun with 4 cabbages, and so on.

The flavour of crock-fermented cabbage versus bottled? No competition!
