Best Chocolate Frosting

Here are 2 quick kefir cake frosting ideas..

Chocolate-kefir frosting

¼ cup soft kefir cream cheese

3 tablespoons cacao powder

3 tablespoons liquid kefir

1 cup powdered unrefined sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla

Blend until smooth and creamy.

2 ripe avocados, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 1/4 cup honey, a pinch of Himalayan salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste and kefir cream.

Add a little splash of water for a smoother and fluffier consistency.

Mix.

Tiny avocado chunks will remain, for smooth frosting – blend in blender – be careful not to over-blend, as avocado will become oily.

Add a topping of fresh fruit – berries are divine!
