Chia Jam

Great drizzled over coconut kefir with kraut brownies, frozen Christmas pudding, pudding or avocado lime pie, layered parfait, pudding , bircher and more.

1 cup organic fresh strawberries or thawed seasonal berries.
2 tablespoons chia seeds,
1 tablespoon Tibi / water kefir (2nd ferment) optional sweetener of choice like raw honey.

Mash berries with a fork or pulse in blender.

Mix in Chia, water kefir and honey.

Cover and place in ‘fridge while it sets, 30 minutes.

Chia seeds taste like seeds. Grind Chia if preferred to remove this texture.
